Inflation Rate March 2025 of Kendari Municipality at 1,39 Percent (Year-on-Year)

In March 2025, the year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation rate in Kendari Municipality was recorded at 1.39%. This increase was driven by rising indexes in several expenditure groups, including: food, beverages, and tobacco (4.19%); household equipment and routine maintenance (0.93%); health (0.62%); recreation, sports, and culture (1.27%); education (1.49%); food and beverage provision/restaurants (3.21%); and personal care and other services (4.74%). Meanwhile, some groups experienced a decline in their indexes: clothing and footwear (4.82%); housing, water, electricity, and household fuels (2.21%); transportation (0.87%); and information, communication, and financial services (0.39%). The month-to-month (m-to-m) and year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation rates in March 2025 stood at 2.21% and 1.16%, respectively.
